Reviews and Ratings
The hotel rooms were fabulous, with everything you could need on hand, and large, very clean, and comfortable. However, some issues were encountered with the perceived cleanliness of the cutlery left on the table by the service staff. The location was quite centric and convenient, although it could be noisy on Saturday nights. The dining options were good overall but may be considered expensive by some. The facilities were up to the level expected for the price paid.
I stayed at the hotel with two friends, and unfortunately, the experience was mixed. The rooms, overlooked a dim atrium area which was disappointing and not a good value for money. We had to request vacuuming as it wasn't done during the regular cleaning. On the bright side, the service was exceptional with the staff being genuinely interested and attentive. The location was excellent, right in the heart of the old town, but the dining options were limited and overpriced. Overall, it had its highs and lows.
My stay at the hotel had its highs and lows. The location was superb, right in the heart of the old town, making it perfect for sightseeing and shopping. The service was a bit of a mixed bag with efficient but stern staff. The rooms needed some TLC and were not as bright as pictured, smelling of stale smoke. The dining experience left something to be desired, and the add-on charges were a bit puzzling. However, the bed was comfy, the shower was good, and the facilities were decent.
The hotel has a nice retro style with interesting artwork, offering spacious and spotless rooms despite being very hot even with air conditioning on. The service was professional and accommodating, although not very flexible. The location is wonderful, right next to the square and Christmas market, making it great for a short stay in Wroclaw. The dining experience was not very varied and quite expensive at €20 per person.
The hotel has a convenient location in the middle of the old town, making it perfect for shopping and sightseeing. The rooms were comfortable, but the temperature was a bit cold at night. The service had some issues with misinformation and lacking helpfulness at times. The dining experience was surprisingly good, offering plenty of hot and cold choices. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel is in a superb location, just a minute's walk to the main square, yet quiet enough for a relaxing stay. The rooms were basic but clean, with a fun towel animal and party hat greeting us. The service was mixed, with some friendly and helpful staff but occasional lapses. Dining offered a good variety, but there were more affordable options nearby. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room, despite not matching the pictures, was surprisingly comfortable and quiet, offering a peaceful rest. The service was friendly, although a bit pricey for Poland. The location was convenient for exploring Old Town but could be noisy on Saturday nights. The dining options were good, with a variety of choices. Overall, a decent stay with some ups and downs.
I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, clean, and quiet, making it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The service was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable. The location was ideal for easy access to the main square and other attractions, and the dining experience exceeded my expectations. Definitely a great value for the price!
The hotel offers a nice retro style with rooms of a high standard. Some rooms were small and dark, but I appreciated that mine faced the back, so I wasn't bothered by street noise. On a downside note, there was quite a bit of commotion from the bars across the business center on Saturday night.
The hotel is an excellent choice with a central location in the old town, close to the main square and easily accessible by car. The rooms offer lovely amenities like huge beds, robes, and a Nespresso machine, although they can get a bit warm especially during a heatwave. The service provided by the staff, from the welcome to the bar and breakfast team, is friendly and courteous.
The hotel offers rooms that are well-equipped and clean, although they may appear darker than expected. The service is polite and friendly but lacks attentiveness at times. The location is fantastic, situated in the heart of the old town with easy access to attractions. Dining options are delicious but come at a steep price. Overall, a comfortable stay with great amenities and facilities.
The hotel was simply amazing for a 1 guy 2 girls stay. The rooms won my heart instantly with their spaciousness and cleanliness, which was just fantastic. The service was top-notch, with staff being very efficient, friendly, and always smartly presented. The location couldn't be better as it's right on the main square, making it flawless for exploring Wroclaw. The dining experience was superb with plenty of fresh choices every day, although a bit pricey. Overall, a great value for money stay in the city center.
I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The rooms were excellent, and the breakfast was delicious. However, I encountered some issues with the AC and electrics, which was a downside. The hotel is conveniently located facing a smaller side street, but it can get a bit noisy on Saturday nights due to the local nightlife.
The hotel offers a convenient location, being close to major attractions in a quiet setting. The rooms lack hot water and some essential amenities, but the staff provides decent service. The dining options are limited, while the facilities are average.
The hotel has very spacious and clean rooms with windows overlooking the interior atrium. Despite ignoring our request, the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is mediocre, and the view resembles a prison.
